Andreas Koenig studied pharmacy in Marburg and Würzburg, Germany, and has gained extensive management experience in the pharma industry. He started his career with Fresenius Kabi in the area of sterile production and went on to be responsible for the production network of Aenova Group, later being promoted to Senior Vice President Corporate Quality. He was Vice President Global Quality Operations Animal Health at Schering Plough and, most recently was Managing Director at Fidelio Healthcare Limburg GmbH.
