3. Processing of personal data on our website

4.2 Matomo
We use the open source software tool Matomo (formerly PIWIK) on our website to analyze the surfing behavior of our users; Using the statistics obtained in this way, we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. The software places an analysis cookie on the user's computer. If individual pages of our website are called up, the following data is stored:
- two bytes of the IP address of the calling system of the user. Our website uses Matomo with the "AnonymizeIP" extension. The software is set so that the IP addresses are not saved in full, but 2 bytes of the IP address are masked (e.g. 192.168.xxx.xxx). In this way, it is no longer possible to assign the abbreviated IP address to the accessing computer, so that it cannot be directly linked to a person.

4.3 LinkedIn
Within our online offer there are charts and buttons or links that forward to the LinkedIn platform. The provider of this platform is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.
